Planetary glue mixer is a kind of special equipment for measuring the strength of cement mortar according to iso679 - 1989 cement strength test. Its structure and performance conform to the         requirements of jc/t681 - 1997

Ⅱ  Main parameter

1、When stirring, the blade rotates at the same time along the periphery of the pot. The rotation direction is clockwise, and the revolution direction is counterclockwise

2、The speed and speed of the stirring blade are set at low speed and two speed, and the tolerance range is:

3、The mixing leaf work program is divided into two functions, automatic control and manual control, which function is used by the switch which is installed on the upright column

The automatic control program is completed by the controller:

Low speed 30s + 1s 1s. low speed 30s at the same time automatically add sand, sand in 30s + 1s, all add up to speed 30s + 1s to 90s + 1s + 60s high speed + +

In the stop 90s, at peak 80s, the buzzer alarms the 5S to alert the operator and to run the high-speed 60s.

Manual control of high speed, low speed, sand, stop button, distributed on the column, the operator can control by hand to complete the operator customized procedures
