Main purpose

  The fully automatic soil uniaxial consolidation instrument series products are specialized instruments for conducting soil consolidation tests, replacing single/multi link lever consolidation devices. They measure the relationship between soil deformation and pressure or porosity and pressure, as well as the relationship between deformation and time, in order to calculate the unit settlement of soil, compression coefficient and index, rebound index, compression modulus, consolidation coefficient, and so on. Compared to various lever type consolidation devices, the fully automatic consolidation instrument adopts air pressure loading, automatic constant pressure, and automatic measurement of settlement deformation. Multiple sets of devices can be combined in parallel at will, and up to 16 sets of samples can be tested simultaneously. And our company's fully automatic consolidation instrument PC test software is randomly equipped, which can achieve automatic graded loading, wireless data collection, automatic calculation of test results, display various test curve graphs, and output them in the form of reports.

Product Features

1. Supports up to 16 consolidation test channels (a total of 8 consolidation devices) for simultaneous testing.

3. The axial pressure adopts a programmable proportional valve for constant pressure, with high control accuracy.

4. The settlement deformation is measured using a digital dial gauge, which provides stable and accurate data.

5. The consolidation device has independent power supply, wireless data acquisition, air pipe series connection, easy installation, and can be placed in any position.

6. The main controller adopts a 10 inch touch screen, with data displayed on the same screen, and communicates with the consolidation device through Lora wireless networking.

7. The machine comes with a silent air compressor.

Independently developed PC version geotechnical testing software, supporting full process automatic testing, data collection and recording, display of various parameter curve graphs, automatic calculation of porosity, unit settlement, compression coefficient, compression modulus, consolidation coefficient, rebound coefficient and other test results, with complete report output that meets standard requirements.
