Introduction

The fully automatic electric waterproofing membrane impermeability tester is an instrument used to detect the impermeability of petroleum asphalt felt, elastic asphalt waterproofing membrane, and various polymer waterproofing membranes. It can meet the test requirements specified in GB/T328.10-2007 and is suitable for the requirements of GB18242-2000 and GB18243-2000 standards.

The newly developed pneumatic compression device of this instrument has obtained a national patent (patent number: 201822200976. X), achieving automatic compression without the need to tighten screws with great effort. And an electric water pump is used to pressurize, avoiding the impact of air in the permeable plate on the experimental results during the original pneumatic pressurization. It has functions such as automatic compression, automatic pressurization, automatic pressure maintenance, and digital timing, truly achieving full automation and can be used by relevant testing centers, scientific research, construction, production, teaching, and other units. Other related material permeability measurements can also be conducted under a test pressure not exceeding 0.6Mpa.
