Introduction

This model of computer asphalt softening point tester is based on the global method to determine the softening point of viscous petroleum asphalt. This instrument is suitable for measuring the softening point of various types of asphalt such as road petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt, and liquid petroleum asphalt. It is the preferred instrument for highway, bridge construction, and research institutions. Adopting microcomputer CPU control, infrared scanning detection, linear heating, and magnetic stirrer, it meets the requirements of national testing standards (GB/T4507-2014) and the industry standard T0606-2011 "Asphalt Softening Point Test" (Global Method) of the Ministry of Transportation. This instrument has achieved the advantages of simplifying the experimental process, automation, digitization, high measurement accuracy, and large range.
