Ⅰ Overview

JCK-3 Building Material Flammability Test Furnace is a highly configured combustion level testing instrument for building materials produced strictly in accordance with the provisions of the standard GB8626-2007. It is possible to directly impact vertically placed specimens with a small flame in a normal combustion environment to determine the flammability of building materials.

Ⅱ  Main technical parameters

1. Environmental temperature: 15 ℃~25 ℃.

2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%.

3. Power supply voltage and power: 220V 50HZ 100W.

4. Gas source: Commercial propane gas with a purity of not less than 95% can also be used as a substitute for ordinary tests using liquefied petroleum gas (users need to provide their own gas source for transportation safety).

5. Bunsen lamp applies flame time to the pattern: adjustable.

6. Single chip microcomputer control, digital display.

7. The aperture of the burner is Φ 0.17mm, Bunsen burner flame length 20mm ± 2mm, burner can tilt 45 °.

8. Apply flame (1s-99 seconds) to the sample for ± 0.5 seconds, which can be adjusted arbitrarily with an accuracy of ± 0.2 seconds.
