Introduction:

This equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the "Rapid Freezing Method" in the national power industry standard DL/T5150-2001 "Hydraulic Concrete Testing Regulations", the "Rapid Freezing Method" in GBT50082-2009 "Rapid Freezing and Thawing Performance and Durability Test Method for Ordinary Concrete", and the "Standard Test Method for Rapid Freezing and Thawing Ability of Concrete" in the United States ASTM/C666. It can meet the requirements of design, research, and construction departments in various domestic industries for rapid frost resistance testing equipment for concrete.

This device is suitable for concrete frost resistance tests using dynamic elastic modulus, weight loss, and relative durability index as evaluation indicators. The purpose is to determine the frost resistance grade of concrete by measuring its resistance to repeated actions of water and negative temperature, and to conduct a professional rapid freeze-thaw test. The equipment adopts the water freezing and thawing method, where standard concrete specimens are placed in rubber barrels and soaked in water. Then, the rubber barrels containing the specimens and water are arranged in the test box, and the refrigerant is used as the circulating medium to periodically freeze and dissolve the water layer around the specimens.
