1、 Overview

The low-temperature flexibility tester for building waterproofing membrane is developed in accordance with the national testing method for building waterproofing membrane GB/T328.14-2007. It is an experimental instrument that changes the low-temperature flexibility testing method of waterproofing membrane from manual testing to mechanical testing. It consists of two parts: a low-temperature flexibility testing machine and a control instrument. The low-temperature flexibility testing machine is made of 304 stainless steel and is suitable for working in temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 50 ℃. The power is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has the characteristics of high reliability, long service life, stable speed, and low noise. It is equipped with an efficient transmission mechanism, making the equipment delicate, lightweight, and easy to operate. The controller uses a button box controller, which is simple, reliable, and has a low failure rate, Accurately control the testing machine for operation. This equipment is a necessary instrument for low-temperature flexibility testing and upgrading in the roll waterproofing industry.
